The plants equipment list is made up of standard pelletising components and the current layout allows for a 100% increase in pelleting capacity if required.

The plant is controlled using a manual MCC system and batch weight controller. The control system incorporates equipment start/stop indicator buttons, amperage indicators, general interlocks and a mimic panel showing the process flow and operational status.
The plant comes complete with comprehensive electrical schematics.

Spare Parts;
Spare parts are included such as Press Dies, Complete Roll Assemblies and Shear Pins.
